What is Slopes & Trails about?
Slopes and Trails is a member-driven social activities group for mature, active adults. Our members come from all over the Rogue Valley and beyond. With events planned throughout the week, members can pick and choose interesting things to do with like-minded people.

TGIF

One of our regular events is the weekly TGIF.  Every Friday, members meet at a local bistro, winery or pub to celebrate the week, chat with old friends and meet new ones.  Greeters assure newcomers of a warm welcome.  A list of our upcoming venues and times are below.

We would appreciate an RSVP on Meetup if you are planning on attending.  This will help us work with the venues to assure they have proper staff to handle our group. 


Membership Application

Membership is inexpensive;

New member dues are only $52 per person, per year, and include a magnetic name badge.  Memberships renew at $40 per person per year.

Once you become a member, you will be able to log-in and access details of upcoming club activities.

The very best way to meet new friends is to participate in the activities and/or sponsor an activity.

As before, beware they don't take reservations so come early or stagger arrival & orders if you can so as not to overwhelm the staff. Same great pizza and wine served at their outside bar. Lovely large tasting room under cover as well. Live music nearby but hopefully we can find a spot where we can hear each other!

    Their new tasting room construction is still delayed so we will once again be over at the main area with the big arena (we like to spread out anyway!!). Enjoy the wine on their decks or down in the arena but remember they usually only have the refrigerated snack items so you might want to bring your own beverage accompaniment. Beautiful ranch to see, worth the drive!

    This is actually just NW of Phoenix, across the tracks, south of Stage Rd. We were here last year about this time, where we enjoyed a large pavillion overlooking a vineyard. This is reserved for us again so meet there after you order your drink inside their small tasting room near the parking lot. Watch for signs for overflow parking available to the area. As always, appetizers available.

    Doors open at 4 pm, come then to catch up with other members

    Do you have orchids that haven’t re-bloomed since you acquired them? You'll learn how to care for them in this environment; hint* they require surprisingly little effort! Diane Sowers will share her love of these amazing plants, how she first became interested in orchids, and share some stories of her 10 years in the Maui Orchid Society.  Featured will be photos of  favorites from her collection of almost 250 back yard orchids. Finally, she’ll share her experience with growing and processing vanilla beans, which come from an orchid!

    Parking is free. The meeting room is on the west end of the building.
